We aim to deliver your Cora order with care, clarity, and efficiency.

1. Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 business days, unless specified differently when purchasing.

During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery times are based on Australia Post and are estimates, they may vary by location.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors are outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are unable to take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry.

Orders may be left in a safe place if you are not available.
